My weekend...

... will be spent babysitting my 5 year old cousin, David. My aunt is at work today and my uncle away for some bow and arrow course. So far we've played games and listened to Glory, Glory Man United about 20 times. He really loves that song : )

My beautiful little United-freak : )

My aunt, uncle, cousin and her kids from Stavanger are visiting my grandparents as well, so we'll go up there in a little while.

Later today we'll watch United - Crawley in the FA Cup with my aunt. I'll also have Stoke - Brighton and Chelsea - Everton on it the background during the day. I really love the FA Cup. You never ever know what will happen : p

2-1 baby!!

Whoohoo!! : D Barcelona took the lead and everyone thought that was it. But Arsenal had other plans. With two beautiful goals and a great fight-back, they're going into the return leg in Barcelona with 2-1! Game on, Barca. Game on.

I count the minutes.....

In 2 hours and 20 minutes Arsenal will take on Barcelona at Emirates Stadium in London for the second year in a row. Last year they also met in the knock-out rounds in Champions League. It's a massive game and it's going to be great! I can't wait, but I'm also nervous. Barcelona are great, but I want Arsenal to win and go through to the next round : )
At this point, only time will tell... Good luck, Arsenal FC!

Happy Valentine's Day

Just wanted to wish everyone a happy Valentine's Day : ) Hope you can all spend it with the people you love.

I'll be spending the evening watching Fulham - Chelsea. Although they're not the teams I prefer to watch, football is my greatest love this Valentine's Day...

Kvitsund en mi corazón

After yet another week of school and a little trip back home, Marte and I went to Kvitsund : ) Kvitsund is our old high school. That's where we met and it was three of the best years of my life! The school is in the middle of nowhere and we met up with Isabel in Seljord. It's strange though... Since high school, Isabel and I have met twice. Last weekend and this weekend ; ) But that will all change now. Although she's getting married and we're both in school, I know it will be way easier to see each other now.

The reason for our trip to Kvitsund, was to see this years russerevy. It's when the senior class puts on a production with dance, song and a lot of fun acts, especially based on mocking teachers. It's a lot of fun : D Even if it's been three years since we left, some of the jokes were the same. It just goes to show that time kinda stands still there :p Just the students who gets switched. But then again, that's part of the charm of this wonderful school : )

Just a small football entry to sign of. Three things that "needs" to be mentioned. Arsenal had an amazing game away at Newcastle on Saturday. Or they could have had. They went into half time with a 0-4 lead! Everyone was thinking "How many goals can they actually get?". When they came back though, everything got messed up. Diaby got a straight red card. Newcastle got two penalties and two goals. The last one came in the 89th minute and was an absolute beauty!
Manchester United played Wolverhampton away and started perfectly with Nani's goal. Things were about to change there to though, and it ended it the season's first defeat in the Premier League : ( That sucked!
Sunday afternoon saw Chelsea host Liverpool with their fresh signing from Liverpool, Fernando Torres, in the starting line up. I only saw the first half, and it wasn't too interesting. Both teams had a few good counters, but nothing resulted in a goal. Torres got booed a lot, which is understandable. About ten minutes after I left I got a text from my brother. 1-0 to Liverpool. Raul Meireles. Whoooohoooooo!!!! This is one of the few games I actually side with Liverpool and I was very happy about how it ended : )

Now I'm looking forward to a new week of school, work and international break. Wednesday will be a good night : D Buena suerte, España! Y Noruega, por supuesto ; )
Have a great week, everybody!
xoxo
